Peruvian Chef

Álvaro Vásquez is a Peruvian chef born in Lima in 1990, now based in Mexico City with 15 years of experience. His cuisine blends Peruvian flavors with Asian influences, using local ingredients in a creative and personal way. He has worked in top kitchens including Central, Astrid y Gastón, Rafael, Pujol, and is currently Executive Chef at ARRRCO.
